Hi all, I'm a long time barbecue enthusiast who has only just come across this forum. Its nice to find a UK based site on this subject, it mostly seems like an American pastime as far as the web is concerned and some of the language they use doesn't translate well. For example their cuts of beef. Anyway, I'll be sure to keep checking out this forum and try to make some interesting posts if I can! All the best everyone and happy grilling.
