Did baby back ribs for the first time in my new smoker - truly melt in your mouth, fall off the bone awesomeness.
My wife has forgiven me for procuring yet another BBQ'ing device :D

Got them from Hunters Biltong in Bouremouth. I think you can online from them. They do great boerewors too.
