South East London bbq!
Hi everyone, looking forward to engaging with this forum, love my two bbq's (weber q 200 & classic kamadojoe) but found it hard with info and advice with anyone on this side of the pond! As we know the guys in the US really know there BBQ but us Brits are catching them up. Use my kamadojoe a lot more than the weber these days (weber was brought first) use it most days and really like how it works, been experimenting with rubs and smoke etc and I'm eating like a king these days!

Bexley, yes I know that well. Have you been to the BBQ Barn in Sidcup? So what is your fav BBQ food that you cook yourself so far?

So far I have cooked a variety of food on my kj I've been impressed with the high heat Sears on steaks and lamb chops and also done some slow n low cooks on briskets (still to master that properly) and pork shoulder and also smoked ribs and wings!!
