I got a weber smokey mountain for my birthday a few days ago and am itching to fire it up. Do you guys have any fool proof advice or tips for the maiden voyage? I'm not gona lie I'm excited about this smoking world!

Just do it! And don't keep lifting the lid to check stuff. Oh, and don't rely on your kid thermometer...
