Hello from Cheshire

Been grilling for years but nothing more adventurous than sausages, burgers and kebabs until about 2 years ago. Since my road to damascus moment have purchased a number of weber kettles along with a wsm. Now grill or smoke pretty much weekly regardless of weather and am happy to try most things. Came across this site on google, it's nice to see something UK specific.
