Hi yep I agree and they are now attaching a cold smoker to them. My point was rather than pay a lot for a caterer with a Gas hog roaster it might work out cheap and quicker with a cajun

Nothing longer than 60cms. Best use of the grill is to cook several shoulders to be honest.
