BBQ Smoker Concession Trailer
BBQ Smoker Concession Trailer
I've got a BBQ Smoker Concession Trailer for sale in around 6 to 7 weeks time, as soon as my new one is built. I's had a new brake system fitted last year, including 4 hubs and wheels and a new hitch. 12' x 6' plus a frame.
Can''t figure out how to upload pics? it's saying "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached". Sorry, it's been a while. But you can check out some images on my Facebook, here's the link https://www.facebook.com/smokinbarbecueco/photos_stream. hope this works...
Thanks for looking, Doug
A price would be handy....£6,750ish

Hi, sorry about the late reply, Tynemouth food Festival has got me done in.J0hn78 wrote:What equipment will be in it?
Apart from the smoker/grill, fridge and light, it's just stainless steel walls and benches all the way around. I just use chafing dishes and igloo boxes. My wife Cath and I can knock out 200 to 250 portions a day at an event (about 4-5 hours), which is not bad at 5 quid a pop! You could do loads more with or without help I suppose. We just take those amounts and once it's gone it's gone....time for a beer
I'll check that out, cheersToby wrote:Here is a guide to posting pictures. I tried your link but it didn't work

What a nifty little unit! The last pic is the one to sell it!
Re: BBQ Smoker Concession Trailer
Thanks! The last one was Bishop Aukland Food Festival 3ish weeks ago, was the same last weekend at Tynemouth, no time for pics at that one. The food festivals and bbq in the north east are really taking off! Joints popping up everywhere. Even the supermarkets are jumping on the bandwagon with cheap pulled pork and ribs.essexsmoker wrote:What a nifty little unit! The last pic is the one to sell it!
The first 2 pics were taken just as we'd setup for the day.
