Hi,

I'm from Warfield (Berkshire), I've always been into outdoor cooking, I've built a Pizza Oven at the back of my small garden, I also have a ProQ Smoker since just before Xmas - still trying to work up the courage to cook a Brisket on it, but did manage to cook the Xmas Turkey on it which came out lush (luckily for my first smoke).

Like to know more about you Pizza Oven, what type of build is it brick or cobb or what?

Nothing that impressive - it is a dome construction but precast kit form dome and I built the rest around it.
But still produces some decent Pizzas

The kit was from eBay, I can't see the exact kits any more. It was a 5 piece precast dome.
Base and housing made myself separately. (including the speakers fitted to the housing )

It was originally built in the open - but due to a bad summer on its first year I couldn't dry it out enough to use it.
So I had to build the decking and Tiki hut around it, now its used all year round. But the decking did result in the pizza oven being a bit lower than first planned.
