I've been lurking on the forum for a while and been posting on the facebook group, but realised I have never actually posted on here! So...

Hello!!
I got a ProQ Frontier about 2 years ago so I'm not entirely new to BBQing, but still have lots to learn.
Most recently did a 12-hour pork shoulder and some wings (smoked & reverse-seared) for some friends at the weekend.
Unbelievably for our house, there was some pork left over which is currently giving work colleagues lunch envy hehe! ;)

Hey there!!

Semi-newbie here too, based in Hulme (Manchester). Just about to move into a new house with (finally) a decent garden and am about to buy my first Weber mastertouch and smokey mountain later in the year

Would love to hang out and cook up with likeminded people, maybe hopefully get a pitcrew going :)
