Low n slow in lincoln

Hi guys, I'm Garry from lincoln.

I've been looking into smoking for a while and now I've gone and jumped in at the deep end. I've just built a t shaped smoker and am having my first try at pulled pork this week end, so wish me luck!

Here it is. It had its first burn yesterday and it held its temperature well and burnt for 12 hours.
