Any of you guys ever frozen a fatty and cooked it at a later date.

I haven't but would think you could so long as the sausage meat was fresh.

Only thing is it might get a bit mushy when defrosting.

Ive frozen cooked ones and re-heated them suiccessfully, not thought about freezing them uncooked.

It depends on your filling and as EssexSmoker says use fresh sausage/mince

I was only thinking of the time saving aspect for when I do a big cook, might be handy to have something pre prepared
