Good evening one and all,

Just joined the forum and thought I'd say hello. I have two Weber BBQs, an Original Kettle and a newly acquired Smokey Mount in the 47cm size.

Loving the smoker and have used it a couple of times. I have all sorts of questions and, as I firmly believe that the only dumb question is the one that doesn't get asked, good people you'd better prepare yourself for a whole bunch of dumb questions.

Will do. It's the one from the Weber Smokey Mountain cookbook. It's only the third time I've used the smoker but the first couple of times were successful.
