Hi, this is my first post.
I am new to the whole smoking thing, I have a Weber kettle and was wondering if adding a pit temp controller would enable me to get some sleep during a long smoke?
Are there any UK stockists of pit temp controllers as I'm struggling to find any useful info.
Thanks in anticipation of your answers.....

Re: Smoking on a Weber kettle
Hi
I got mine through battlebox who are a UK distributer of BBQ Guru products. I have the Digiq x2 which is a great unit and holds the temps rock steady throughout the cook. I use mine on my Weber Smokey Mountain and it just fits into one of the vent holes at the bottom but with a kettle I think you have to drill a hole in the bottom part. It says you can put it in the top vent of the kettle but that seems a bit weird to me.
