Hello from Wickford, Essex. What an amazing site, currently have Weber one touch but am getting wsm for birthday! I know we are still in the grip of winter, but can already taste the ribs and jerk chicken!! :D

Welcome to the forum, bet you wont mind what the weather is doing when you get it - we couldnt wait to season our smoker and get cooking on it :D You have come to the right place though :)
