Hi all,
Just getting started in this whole BBQ business, but enjoying it so looking to challenge myself a bit more! A friend and I have been talking about putting a BBQ team together, but all my research so far has come up blank.
As far as I can tell there are only about 3 competitions a year, all of which have already allocated their places - to teams that appear to be semi-pro with websites and blogs and giant equipment.
Is there space or a place out there for two knobbos with a pro-q?
Otherwise how does anyone ever break into the competition circuit?
Steve

The link referred to is under the "MIM Team Entry 2016" title.
This is to get the entry form for the competition.
