Best place for meaty ribs Staffordshire / WS11 ?

I am looking for a good source of meaty ribs near me, I am going to try the local butchers but from reading around the frozen packs are better value a lot of the time. I would try bookers but I am not a business, unless there is another way I can get a card?

Topic update, got some from the local butchers, 2.5kg for HALF a rack I think that should be big enough to test out my new Master touch .
