Im Guys'n'Gurls...
Im a novice smoker, helped a friend who as a Weber Smoky Mountain a couple of times and I need a smoker in my life.
As I have a wife ans 2 kids, as they keep me constantly broke as hell so the only way forward is to build an Ugly Drum Smoker. Ive ordered all the parts and they should all arrive in the next day or so. Then let the fun commence.
Was trawling the net for rubs and sauces when I came across a UK BBQ Site, and had to join, as all the rest seem in the USA.
So I will be in and out for a while and might even put together a post on the UDS build.
