Thanks for all the useful information that's here though, it's given me lots to think about, we're super excited to hopefully do our first smoke next weekend. Probably a hot smoked salmon as I'm a big seafood fan, or perhaps some pork if I feel brave
We've got the cold smoking kit too as the shop had a special offer on so it only cost a tenner more, but I think that looks quite complicated for a first timer
