top and bottom rack?
Hello all, just wondered when using the WSM if anyone puts two different types of meat in at the same time(top and bottom grill) or two differently seasoned pieces of meat? Is there an issue with juices dripping from top to bottom meat , which i assume there would be. Thanx.

As long as your not putting raw meat above part cooked meat it will be fine.
You wouldn't want raw chicken juices dripping ontop of your slow cooked brisket

It shouldn't be a problem as long as they are put in at the same time. you still wouldn't want raw chicken juices dropping onto a piece of chicken that is ready to eat.
