lamb leg

Post by Vic. »

Usually I have a few lamb legs at easter, I've always done them with rosemary in the oven, but I'm planning on slow smoking one this year. What would be a good marinade for it?

yogurt, onion, mint, garlic and saffron is my favourite lamb marinade. Marinade the lamb for 2-3 days, then blot dry, rub with salt and pepper, cook and serve on a bed of couscous with flatbreads. Absolutely delicious.
