Hi Everyone

This seemed like the best place to start on the forum. My name is James McKay and I'm from Northern Ireland. I've been a BBQ enthusiast for about 3 years now and love cooking outdoors and showing people that BBQ is so much more than blackened burgers and sausages.

I created a website over at http://www.barbechoo.com for this very purpose, to teach absolute beginners the core skills and techniques that will help them on their way to BBQ greatness.

I can't wait to dive into the community and see what everyone is cooking, and hopefully give some advice where I can.
