Old bbq lag, new smoker
Hi all, I am a keen BBQ'er and have had strange eyes peering through the fence when cooking with no sunshine
My current toy is a second hand Brinkman smoke n pit professional which I am trying to make serviceable and prove to swimbo that its not a pile of old ****. Looking forward to gaining knowledge, advice and tasty recipes to prove I was right all along, fingers crossed
Cheers

Hello and welcome. Forum a little quiet during winter months I'm afraid. Should be picking up now though.
