One more from the USA

I'm a backyard bbq'er from Clemmons, North Carolina (about 20 minutes' drive from Lexington, one of several places that claim to be the bbq capital of the world: http://www.barbecuefestival.com/ ). I don't compete, just cook for the family on a Weber Smokey Mountain.
