My wife gave me this for xmas, she had heard them being interviewed on the radio and bought it.
We have been really impressed by it so far, have tried a few recipes and all have been really tasty. The instructions are clear and give good guidance to cooking temperatures. Also as they are UK based the ingredients list doesn't refer to products you can't find easily here. I am often surprised how many American recipes refer to branded goods and this book avoids that pitfall.
The short rib rub with ground coffee and cocoa is amazing and become a firm favourite in our house. It has become my go to book for inspiration when cooking outdoors.
