Hello from Stroud!

Hello,

My name is Alex, I'm a keen amateur smoker, living in a small village just outside Stroud, Gloucestershire.

I own a couple of WSM's and a few other charcoal BBQ's.

I've done a few BBQ courses, including the Bunch of Swines Backyard BBQ and Competition course. That was a fantastic weekend.

I'm keen to share recipes and tips with other members on the forum.

Can anyone recommend a place to start?!
