Hi
I'm Rich from Leicestershire.. Avid braai lover from SA lived here for 32 years now and get out rain, snow or shine. Currently building a closing barrel bbq for entertaining hopefully with a rotisserie for cooking joints and small whole roasts.
I'm into making my own sauces and would be interested in learning and sharing...
