Hello Everyone. New to the site but not to smoking and grilling. Preferred smoker are my two weber Smokey mountains - the small and medium size 14 and 18.5". Both work a treat and recently did my Christmas ham and a great piece of prime rib roast. Smoked with apple wood and family loved it. Looking forward to learning some new tricks of trade here.
