Just a quick hello,
Somehow recently found my way into this hobby, got bit by the bbq bug and now I'm days away from trying my first long brisket cook.
Hoping to get some good ideas and methods for all sorts of different cooks.
At the moment I'm using an offset and a cheapo drum smoker, but that's mainly used for cold smoking.
