Hi Folks,

Happy to be here. Long time low and slow guy, last couple years have gotten more and more interested and involved, mostly US forums, so keen to see how active our very own BBQ society forum is!

Got a few different smokers and grills, most recently I added a GMG Jim Bowie pellet smoker to my line up. It feels a bit like cheating, but its turning out some amazing stuff.

Favorite Q - Beef Short Ribs, low and slow, rubbed with mustard powder, garlic powder, pepper and a few pinches of Guajillo chilli powder! Washed down with a 5AM Saint or Punk IPA!
