New to the group and hoping you may be able to advise? I have an old Outback Omega 100 gas BBQ which is perfect and I have used for over 10 years. Recently I have been struggling with the heat not spreading the circumference of the cooking area so I end up cooking everything in the centre. I have changed the burner and added new lava rocks so the only things left to change would be the lava rack but before I change it, would it make any difference to the problem?? Also, I have always used blue bottle gas but should I be using green bottle??
