Really new to serious BBQing. Have messed about a bit and really enjoy it but nothing serious.
Have recently bought a cheapish vertical smoker to try my hand at low and slow.

Looking forward to hopefully picking up hints, tips and tricks. Will have more time on my hands at the end of the year when I retire from work.
