I bought an Oklahoma Joe Highland, about a year ago and only just got round to using it, i've currently been modifying it, sealing gaps etc, now I need to season it before I use it to cook food. I just need some advice on how to season it,
1.Do I need to use a particular smoking wood for the seasoning or will any wood suffice
2. What oil would you recommend for seasoning
