Just getting the smoking bug

Hi this Essex girl has started playing with smoke! After going to a friends for dinner who did amazing pulled pork and homemade tortillas, I was hooked. So far everything has gone well. I want to be brave enough to cook Christmas dinner meat and learn if there are other produce I can smoke other than meat.

Last Christmas I cooked a pork shoulder and everyone loved it. It was my first christmas dinner on the smoker, and all went well. Have a practise and then go for it.
Project Smoke by Steve Raichlen is a good read. He covers smoking all sorts of stuff, so may be worth a look.
