Happy New Year! I have just joined the forum, thanks for letting me join. Based in Sussex
I've been enjoying BBQ for a few years now and am the proud owner of a 57cm Weber Kettle, Q2000, Smokey Mountain and a Smokey Joe, always looking for an opportunity to convince the better half to let me get a Summit!! I also use my Uuni Pizza Oven which is great! Given that my other half is from South Africa I have been fully introduced to the Braai by her family and love it when we all get together!

Looking forward getting tips from all you wonderful people!
