Turned out okay and tasted very nice.

I think I'll put it in the slow cooker next time though!

I had limited success low and slowing a large 3kg bone out pork shoulder last week. I've cooked 3 or 4 of these Waitrose Boston butts in the slow cooker before, but am now thinking that it would be great to low and slow 2 of these on the WSM at the same time, next time I do a cook. Manageable size, correct cut, already with a rub on, think I'll double rub with Memphis dust and smoke it with cherry wood !

I hope it's better then their "Texas Brisket" we bought a couple of years ago. Dry, tasteless and SPICY but not like any brisket I've tasted from antone on here. Even the cat didn't want it.
