Hi folks
I've just fallen back in love with charcoal bbqing. So I decided to buy a Weber jumbo Joe which I'm very pleased with. Ive never tried low and slow on a BBQ before so after making a heat deflector to fit my jumbo Joe. I tried a pork joint, it worked out ok it was edible but needs alot of work.
