Just got back, what a fantastic day. A big Thank you to Toby and co. I recomend it to anyone thinking of going to the next one.

As if there there wasn't enough meat today - just seared off a couple or sirloins for tea!

Firstly thanks to everyone that attended the class it was an enjoyable stress free day, also thanks for the photos, if no one minds I will pick through them and add some to facebook etc.

Kelvin and I had a terrific time. Thanks to Toby and team for a very informative relaxed class in a great setting. What fantastic weather we had! Claire, nice to have these photos.
