Three weeks today...

Post by All Weather Griller »

... I should be pitched up, prepping my cuts and getting ready for the Mayhem that will be about to ensue in May.

Looking forward to meeting a whole host of new BBQ Buddies and of course catching up with many old ones. It should be a fantastic weekend with 19 teams and excellent hosts.

I can't wait to see the array of cookers that will be there this year and I'm especially looking forward to seeing some new creations from BBQ Mates and Berties.

I won't be there (maybe next year...), but hope everyone has a great time, and takes lots of pictures.

Can't wait mate. Just had a busy weekend with my parents down to visit. Hopefully I'll get some practice in next weekend, I'm leaving it a bit late mind you

I did a little practice the weekend too - only managed half a case of beer, so gonna keep the practise up til I can sink a whole one!

So, is between 4 and 5 a good time to arrive on the Friday (beer O'clock by then) or should we aim for sooner - what is everyone else doing? :?

For us it will depend on Neil taking time off work. I have Friday afternoon booked off, so if Neil takes the afternoon off we'll get there about 14.00. If he doesn't we'll get there about 16.00. However our setup takes 15 minutes so beer o'clock arrives very quickly after we rock up :D
