Best In Smoke

Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

Best In Smoke

Post by dieselracer13 »

While on holiday in St Lucia recently a new programme was aired on the 'Food' network channel called 'Best in Smoke'. It was a competition programme featuring 6 of the best 'Pit Masters' in a head to head competition cooking up various dishes from the supplied ingredients, the only thing the pit masters could supply were their own rubs etc. The competition was taking place in different locations and they were cooking for different functions. Unfotunately we only got to see 2 episodes, but some of the ingredients thay had to cook were really unusual; it certainly had the pit masters sweating a bit which lead to some strange combinations.

Hopefully the programme will be shown over here in the near future so we can get to see the whole series.

Come on I mean eleven year old's ?!?!?!?!?!?! That's an easy win just add that sickly sweet Blues Hog and away you go.

BBQ Salad was interesting to say the least.

Yes, got to admit the judging seemed a bit dubious.
