I must admit, I am a sauce freak, particularly the hot stuff, however, I do enjoy delving into the BBQ love sauce when I digress from my real passion(Fiery hot chicken wings)
Some of my fav's
"Famous Daves - Sweet n Zesty" - Gets avg reviews, but I find it works well for my taste buds, sweet with a nice hint of heat. - Normally get it on ebay

The Secret Sauce (Sweet Love) - Only managed to get one bottle of this over xmas and it didnt last 3 days. Finished before I left the states

Bone Sucking (Hot) - Cant get enough of this stuff, best on a hot slice of toast mmmmm - Can find it @ Waitrose on occasion.
Salt Lick (Original) - A friend gave me 2 bottles about 6 weeks ago after visiting the Salt Lick on my recommendation (I know of it by reputation only) and I foolishly passed a bottle onto Ben, my BBQ Brother in arms - I could bath in the stuff. Its mustard based and was a complete revelation to me. GET SOME. NOW. Magical on pulled pork.

Head’s Red - Havent managed to find this recently, but a massive reputation in the States. A real interesting colour and works so well brushed delicately over brisket and placed on a bun.

Blues Hog - A nice sweet bbq sauce, but can be a bit sugary and doesnt have enough heat for me, but well worth a try

I haven't actually tried that many, but the 2 so far that I've tried the HP Smokey BBQ and Newman's Sticky BBQ sauces are both nice.
I'm going to be trying to make my own too tho.
I prefer a nice chili sauce tho...mmm, eat those all day long...I'm addicted to Chilies!

I'm quite partial to Blue Collar by Spicewine but have to ship that in.
I like Blueshog original for pork but I have to mix it up with tennessee red or it's just too darn sweet.
Of the ones I can easily get in the UK, I quite like Nando's piri-piri bbq sauce, HP woodsmoke is ok, I love Bone Suckin' and am quite partial to 1849.
My local Dobbies garden centre has just started stocking Jardine's sauces in their food hall but I've not tried it yet.

I like to use Jardine's ketchup in my own sauce when I can get it

If you could buy it TGI's Jack Daniels sauce would be my favourite. When I do buy a sauce it's normally Newman's or dare I say it Tesco's own with a little hot sauce added.
