Surrey Smoker

Post by Triplelexx »

Greetings!

Loving the forums, seems to be a good contingent of Brits championing American BBQ techniques up in here.
I'm a big fan and have recently got the kit together to give it a try myself.
I've already used my Proq Frontier smoker a few times, I've mostly been let down by nasty briquettes and lack of regular accurate temperature monitoring.
All that has changed! I just got my ET-732(love it, great tech), Supagrill coco, Restaurant lump and a whole load of nice wood slices to play with now and I'm ready to go all out from here on in!!

Here's hoping for my future bbq successes! I'm armed with a load of equipment now, and am equally armed with knowledge I've lifted from resources such as this.
So back to planning the cook, and I'll try and share my progress on my smokey adventures!
