Would it be ok if i came down both saturday and sunday for a couple of hours as i would like to see how both days work and the prep day and the day of cooking.

(i.e. interested in proper "Q") are more than welcome elsewise how are we going to learn?
We, that is the "food taster" aka Annette & I will be "crashing the gig" (street cred points for parlance!! No okay

) on Sunday and it would be great to meat with people. By that I mean put faces to posts & logos

Team mate just told me he is not able to make the competition.
Have a stand in but can't get down till late Sat morning. Ah well its the taking part that counts.
I am still coming Friday though.
