Hi I caught the BBQ bug when I was lucky enough to be posted in America as a young man in the 90's and got to see how all Americans families and neighbourhoods are built around outdoor eating! My interest has grown around charcoal BBQs and I have got a bit of a weber thing going with a Mastertouch and a Weber Smokey Mountain. Usually I try to BBQ once a week and feed the family for a few days however, I often do big smokes in winter to avoid annoying my neighbours. I've attended a couple of BBQ courses run by the Dhruv (early MasterChef) at the Jolly Gardeners in Earlsfield London but I've a lot a learn!
