I would be very hesitant, looks similar to the fast lighting charcoal blocks Chris gave me, full of "Zip Zip Pshhh" best way to describe the noise............ they were a perfect size to sit a chimney starter on but thats about all, would'nt let them come into contact with my Q.

Apparently it's ethanol based so it's clean burning unlike quick lighting charcoal. If it's what it says it is then it won't taint your food but also you won't get the same flavour you get from cooking over coals.

TBH there's probably less crap in that than there is in briquettes :lol:
