Waiting for an immanent 57cm WSM delivery and would like to give the replacement water dish mod a go, can anybody please give me the correct size of clay dish I need for a 57cm, thanks.

You want the 34cm clay saucer, you can get them from Homebase for £4.99. You can get away with a smaller one if you need too the important part is adding extra material to the pan to act as a heatsink, the bigger the saucer the less foiling you have to do on the waterpan for easy clean up. I use the 34cm one on my 47cm WSM, it sits on top of the waterpan but for fatty meats I would use a drip pan to stop the fat from overflowing onto the fire.
