Bro is getting married

My brother is getting married in August. They've hired a big house and there are around 30 people staying for the week. I'm bringing my Texas and cooking for everyone on the Saturday night.

What do you reckon i should cook?

I'm thinking brisket, pulled pork and ribs? Any other ideas and what about sides?

We do beans, stuffed peppers, homemade slaw and twice baked potatoes. I should imagine your considerations will be around capacity.

Don't forget the little things, gherkins, bread rolls, fries onion rings etc.

Must say i'd never heard of Discada but after looking up a few recipes it looks pretty tasty! May give it a try. Any recipes that anyone has tried and would recommend?
