Texan Chilli Recipe

Good old British Beef, you can't beat it! Of course Brisket is the American BBQ favorite but recipes for any cut are welcome here.

I know it's not a Texas chili but the best I EVER ate (other than mine of course  ) was in the 80s at the Chicago Meat Packers in London. They serve a bowl of meat and sauce and serve the add-ins, diced onion, bacon, beans, cheese, hot peppers (no chocolate) etc in bowls alongside, which is how I've served mine ever since.

Try serving Texas Chilli with a grilled cheese sandwich and use the toastie to scoop the chilli from the bowl.
