Hey guys
Just stumbled onto this site after searching for a new (more sturdy) smoker.. I spent the last year smoking everything I could get my hands on using a cheapy Landman Tennessee smoker and a Webber kettle.
Im looking forward to trying out a few new recipies come the spring and was thinking about upgrading to one of these Maverick Tailblazer, does anyone here have one, or could recommend something similar.. My biggest problem was maintaining constant stable heat (after reading a few posts here I n ow understand why)
Anyway.. Thought I look forward to enoying my new hobby with the rest of you guys during the coming year.
For now.. Happy Holidays! Play Safe
K
