Freebies (well almost)

I have some American rubs going spare.

Now these were bought just over a year ago but were immediately vac packed and stored in a cool dark cupboard. I've opened a couple bags and they're fine. They may have lost a litte punch but they're very useable.

I was thinking they might be good for people who want to understand flavour profiles for making their own rubs. there's some slabs and maybe some plowboys in there, they're all very good competition rubs.

If people want some I'm happy to give them away as long as the recipients cover the postage. If you're interested please post a reply. I will prioritise requests from competing teams as I think they will get the most out of them and I do like to help comp teams out.

Ok I've reserved some for Keith (I'll give them to you at MiM)

I've got 2x 1lb Slabs Beef, 2x 1lb Slabs Birds & Bones, 3x 8oz Smoking Guns Hot. All vac packed in bags. Like I say it's old stock but I opened a bag and it's still good.

First come, first served. We can arrange postage costs through PayPal. If anyone feels bad taking freebies, feel free to make a small donation to Macmillan cancer support in return for your rubs.
