What salt do you recommended

Post by Davy »

Since I have been baking more and more bread at home I'm starting to get fussy about salt, also since have a discussion with some of you guys already about salt I'm now looking for salt recommendations to be used in rubs etc. :D

Being somewhat of a cheapskate and only bbqing for home I use "Stonemills Coarse Sea Salt" from Aldi, looks like salt, tastes like salt, acts like salt and all it's got in it is salt. Surprisingly it's vegitarian suitable & gluten free whodathunkit ;)
